ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is successfully received.

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time

  • Orders placed during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays may experience slight delays

  • We do not ship on weekends or major holidays

  • BAU Shoes are Custom-made shoes and delivered to you in 5 weeks or less.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

  • Your shipping address

  • Selected shipping method

  • Carrier availability

Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside our control.


CARRIER DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

BLACKAHOLIC UNLIMITED is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Natural disasters

  • Labor strikes

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are the carrier’s responsibility.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Please allow sufficient time for the carrier’s system to update before contacting us.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

BLACKAHOLIC UNLIMITED is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages returned to sender due to address errors

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.


LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, BLACKAHOLIC UNLIMITED is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located:

  • Check with household members or neighbors

  • Contact the carrier directly to file a claim

We may assist with documentation when possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for confirmed deliveries.


DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at office@blackaholicunlimited.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the damage

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of replacement or refund.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees

  • These charges are not included in product or shipping prices

  • Customs delays are outside our control

BLACKAHOLIC UNLIMITED is not responsible for packages delayed, held, or rejected by customs.


REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

Packages refused or unclaimed by the customer may be returned to us or abandoned by the carrier.

In such cases:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Additional reshipping or handling fees may apply


MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on inventory availability. You will receive tracking information for each shipment if applicable.

By placing an order with BLACKAHOLIC UNLIMITED, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy, our Return & Refund Policy, and our Terms of Service.
