15-DAY RETURN POLICY

BLACKAHOLIC UNLIMITED offers a 15-day return window, meaning return requests must be submitted within 15 days of confirmed delivery.

Return requests submitted after 15 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a return, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

  • No signs of wear, odor, pet hair, deodorant, stains, or damage

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these requirements will be denied and returned to the customer at their expense or disposed of at our discretion.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return, email office@blackaholicunlimited.com within the 15-day window and include:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) requesting to return

  • Reason for return

If approved, we will provide:

  • Return authorization

  • Shipping instructions

  • Return address:

🚫 Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused.


RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Orders must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence

Failure to report issues within 48 hours may result in denial of replacement or refund.


FINAL SALE / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items

  • Items returned outside the 15-day window

  • Items showing wear, washing, damage, or misuse

For hygiene and brand protection reasons, certain apparel items may also be deemed non-returnable. Contact us before purchase if unsure.


SIZE & FIT DISCLAIMER (APPAREL)

Sizing charts are provided for reference only.
Due to individual body shapes, preferences, and fabric behavior, fit is not guaranteed.

Returns based solely on fit, preference, or expectation are accepted only if the item meets all return eligibility conditions.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different size or item:

  1. Submit and complete an approved return

  2. Place a new order separately

This ensures faster processing and inventory accuracy.


EUROPEAN UNION – 14-DAY COOLING-OFF RIGHT

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must still:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Have tags attached

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.


REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or denial

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

Please note:

  • Banks and credit card issuers may take additional time to post refunds

  • We are not responsible for processing delays outside our control

If 15 business days have passed since refund approval and funds are not received, contact office@blackaholicunlimited.com.


RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS

BLACKAHOLIC UNLIMITED reserves the right to:

  • Refuse any return that violates this policy

  • Limit returns from accounts showing excessive or abusive behavior

  • Take action to prevent fraud, wardrobing, or misuse

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase with BLACKAHOLIC UNLIMITED, you agree to first contact us at office@blackaholicunlimited.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account

  • Refusal of future orders

  • Submission of transaction records, delivery confirmation, and policy acceptance to the payment processor

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks will be contested to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, BLACKAHOLIC UNLIMITED is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist with documentation when possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for confirmed deliveries.


🌍 7. EU COMPLIANCE (SAFE + CONTROLLED)

European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
EU customers may cancel or return orders within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer law.

Returned items must remain unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
